FlashKiosk is an event check-in application used to manage attendee registration and check-in at in-person events. This policy describes what information the app collects, how it is used, and how it is stored.

When you register for or check in to an event using FlashKiosk, we collect:
- Name
- Contact information (email address and/or phone number)
We do not collect payment information, precise location data, photos, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.
How We Use Your Information
Collected information is used solely to:
- Identify attendees and manage event check-in
- Contact attendees regarding the event they registered for (for example, confirmations, updates, or event-related communication)
We do not use your information for advertising, marketing unrelated to the event, or profiling.
How We Store Your Information
All data collected by FlashKiosk is stored using Apple's CloudKit, a cloud storage service provided by Apple. Data is transmitted and stored in accordance with Apple's security and privacy standards for CloudKit.
We do not use any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. Your data is not shared with, sold to, or processed by any party other than Apple's CloudKit infrastructure, which functions solely as our data storage provider.
Data Retention
Attendee data is retained for as long as necessary to support event administration. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us using the information below.
Your Rights
You may request to:
- Access the information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information

Children's Privacy
FlashKiosk is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
